Trimming Our Oak Tree

We needed to trim back our oak tree and also cut out all the dead branches. I got 4 quotes and not only was Joe the most competitive, but he was also the quickest in responding to my queries and answering all my questions. Joe came across as competent, professional and experienced, and very customer oriented. His team that did the job were friendly and efficient and careful in ensuring that branches did not fall into the neighbour’s garden. They took all branches away with them as agreed, and tidied up the garden afterwards. Even my neighbour gave positive feedback saying they did a “very neat and careful job”. And more importantly, the shape of the trimmed back oak tree is excellent and I am a happy customer.

I had a problem with a very large red oak tree with a TPO, some evidence of disease and over hanging my neighbour’s property.After acquiring planning permission to pollard the tree I obtained three quotes for the work.Joe’s was the most competitive and he the most reactive. He used an impressive machine that clasped a limb and out popped a chain saw severing the branch. With a reach of 27 metres the machine reduced the red oak to the agreed size, transported the bulk timber off sited. tidied the garden. all in one day and with nothing dropping in my neighbour’s garden. Joe and his teamed did an amazingly good job. He is very customer focused and quietly efficient. I thoroughly recommend him to you for your tree surgeon work.
